Comes with a toshiba charger that is compatible.

It comes with Vista but it is powerful enough to run windows 7 or 8. It still has the windows vista COA code on the bottom

i see some people put if you bid a certian amount they ship for free.so you caculate the amount of points you want to make and then the amount you think 30 dollars of points would be.

Shipping should be no more than 17.00 because it will go priority 2 days flatrate with 0 dollars insurance and tracking cheaper than 17.00 so you need to reconsider shipping cost I ship all the for 17.00 and have necver went in the hole on shipping the priority flatrate boxes which that one would probably need a large are free and then you bubble wrap it to ensure safe shipping hence 17 bucks more than covers
