What brand is it and how does it work ?

Hi, I see no brand name on it. It works by pushing in and turning the time control to set watwring time from 3 minutes to 4 hours. It will shut off automatically when your pre-set time expires. It also has a control to bypass the timer which will allow you to have the timer permanently attached to your water supply. No need to turn water off.
