According to what I've read, CDMA phones are never "locked", this is a term that only applies to gsm services. This Verizon phone does not use a sim card. You are free to use this phone on any CDMA service that supports it. I have only used it on Verizon, and it works great!

It comes with the charger and battery. It works perfectly. It's a used phone, but no major scratches.

It does come with the charger, as pictured. Also, it is a gently used cell phone...it has a few marks on It, but nothing major or severe. Thanks for looking!
