Noticed a few of the folks above have mentioned "arthritis" like symptoms , bad muscle injuries and chronic pain, general suffering and discomfort. I have one word-GINSENG and watered down Chinese Green tea. I won't bore anyone with my health issues, I've spent close to a year in a rehabilitaion facility and many years in physical therapy. Anyway, the panax ginseng mixed with a watered down version of green and white tea sipped throughout the day- Really is amazing. The drug companes are determined to banrupt all of us that are suffering-beat them at their own game!!

It would never fit me iam 2x to3x I am thinking of other way of trying to help you . What a gracious group of kind people!! What a bummer we don;t all live closer together so we could actaully schedule some pot lucks ( or even poker games-LOL!!) Seriously, I want to tell those of you that are suffering I will soon be getting in two shipments of different types of Ginseng (Indian and Chinese staright from a friend in beijing).
