Yeah I used to have a Linksys/Cisco refurbished router, honestly couldn't tell that it wasn't new. I had to make sure to say I wasn't trying to be rude, the last time I made a comment like that the person got really mad and blocked me, even though half my comment was about how great the item is, lol.
