NO PO BOXES PLEASEI read this book when it was first issued. It was an excellent supplement to the riding lessons I took at the time. It begins with the basic chapters of confirmation, equipment and gaits of the horse, then gets more technical as horse's collectiveness,extension, and rider's postioning are discussed. Detailed description is given of the proper leg and rein aids for each exercise between horse and rider. I still reference the book and it is a permanent part of my equestrian library. Illustrations are great,
