What were these green stamps used for? Are they US stamps & is there an amount on them? Just wondering if they can be used for postage. I guess you can tell my age, I have no idea what they are, sorry.

No sweetheart, back in the 50's they were traded to get things U wanted. Not usable today, just an antique thing to have. You'd fill up lil books of them and after U got so many, U would turn them in for sets of pots and pans or something.
