This is a Hudson pewter plate with a copy of the Declaration of Independence etched into it, along with the signatures. The plate has some areas of notable wear mostly from storage, both to the front and back, as shown in the pictures. There is some occasional smudging to the piece. Overall, the piece is in good, used, condition and highly displayable. Classy display of such an important part of U.S. history! About 8" wide and 11" with the hanging frame which I will include. There is also in inscription on the back about the Declaration of Independence and HUDSON Pewter and 1975 stamp on it. Weights about 2 lb almost 3 lb with the frame.
