Southern Sugar Cane. This listing is for 25 seeds.
We grow them in Indiana. They don't get as big as they do down south but they still reach 6' - 8' in height. They are ready when the tops open and the bottoms begin to turn brown. The stalks can be cut up and boiled in a pot of water to remove the sweetness or you can strip the outside of the stalk to gain access to the sweet interior of the cane. There's nothing more organic than growing your own sweetener.

Are they seeds or stalks?
I think you can only regrow from sugar cane stalks.

These are seeds. I read also they could only be grown from stalks, however I took a chance and purchased a few seeds. They have grown nicely for us for the past 2 seasons. We intend to keep them as a regular part of our garden, right next to our corn plants. These are seeds. They will grow the plants. If you harvest the tops at the end of the growing cycle you will get a lot of them.
