The listing, Commemorative Coins; Canada; 25 cent; Mix (circulated) + BONUS has ended.
Thank you for browsing.
Up for grabs: three (3) Canadian twenty-five cent (quarter dollar) pieces - in circulated condition. Included are: 2002 ‘Canada Day’ (x1); 2008 ‘Vancouver Olympics - Snowboarding’ (x1); and 2013 ‘Life in the North’ (x1).
These coins have a metal composition of: steel (94.0%), copper (3.8%) and nickel plating (2.2%); diameter: 23.88 mm; weight: 4.40 grams.
PLEASE NOTE - These coins are in circulated condition and will come, as shown in the pictures, in coin flips. Coin easel NOT included.
COLLECTOR’S BONUS - The winner of this auction will also receive one of my favourite coins - the 1967 Canadian Confederation Centennial (1867-1967) ‘Hopping Rabbit’ 5 cent piece (nickel) as shown in the (5th) photograph. Sorry, no photo of the obverse of the coin as it is just (yawn) Queeny...though, for those interested, it is the Young Lizzy. ;-)
This coin is in circulated condition; has a metal composition of 99.9% nickel; diameter of 21.21mm; weight 4.54 grams. (Despite what my friends and I thought, when we were wee boys, there is absolutely no proof that this coin will bring you fame, fortune, and happiness. But then, there’s no proof that it won’t either…)
Questions and comments are always welcome. Thank you for your interest and supporting Listia. :-)
