we bought a second controller for my wife so she could play lego marvel super heroes, we had it beat in about a week and that was all the play time it got. LoL. This controller has never been used to play shooters, the joysticks are nice and tight. The controller is like new. All buttons work great no sweat or nasty grime on it :)

Headset:
I used it to party chat with my brother twice and that's all. Works great. It plugs right into the ps4 controller so it's really convenient. Item is like new as well.
