yeah I agree with you michael, chips need protection and technically, anything thats irregular or hard or has a thick spot in an envelope is considered a package by the post office, and has package rates ($2.00+). I think people get away too much putting 1 or 2 stamps on things vs. package. At least with a package you get free tracking.
