My goodness sweetie, not a stupid question at all! I've been here a while & still ask many questions! The easiest way, I've found, is to go to your "My Listia" page, scroll down to "Account Settings" (on the left side) & click on "Verify Your Account". It walks you right through it. It's also very easy. Just 4 questions. We were all new once. Please feel free to ask anything!

I couldn't find it, I'm on my cellphone so I'm not sure if that makes a difference but I did find a setting option it asked for my name, birth date, and email address which I've already supplied. Is that what you were referring to?

Sorry hun, that didn't do it. I tried to figure it out on my iPhone but, couldn't find a way to do it there. I even took the app off & tried to bring it up on the browser, no luck. It made me download the app again. I did send in the question to Listia but, will have to wait for answer. Afraid I'm stumped on this one. Don't worry though, we'll figure it out! While we wait, maybe there's a watcher out there that can help?

I got quite a bit figured out I think, still not sure how to do all this through the phone but I was able to access it through my internet without it automatically taking me to the mobile version. I was able to do this through my emails.

Very cool. I talked with my son (he seems to know everything internet) & he told me it would have to be done through a computer or tablet. Said mobile is not set up for it. Guess he doesn't know everything after all!
