1919 State Miners Examine Board Certificate Illinois Original Certificate my great grandfather. Free shipping lot of wear for its age but would look awesome framed. Cleaning out my place I cant keep everything!

In 1919 my great grandpa had to take a test to pass the state requirements to work in the mines. If you had the certificate you could work in coal mines with better pay. This also let him train others and become foreman. So it is a cool collectable to some.
