They are beautiful, no folds nice and crisp. I don't think they have any real value right now, but then again sure they do they are worth $2 each ($4 TOTAL!), so I mean what the heck, right?. I would call them rare... I wouldn't say impossible to find but rare at that. If you go to your bank every single day, I'm sure they will turn up a few of these for you, but hey its FREE MONEY!!!
