This is a brand new opened package that is about 35 years old. It is The House of Miniatures kit for a Chippendale Sofa that is circa 1750-1790. High quality is what this kit is. These were mail order items in the late 70's and early 80's. This kit is an authentic reproduction in miniature with a 1" to 1' scale. The contents includes the components for one sofa, including fabric, padding and assembly and finishing instructions. Made by Xacto in New York . Excellent pieces for a miniature dollhouse in the scale of 1" = 1'.
