This Auctions if for a Natural Semi-Precious Amazonite Gemstone Focal Bead with a front to back drilled whole. This Lovely piece measures 40 mm x 40 mm x 7 mm which is approx 1 5/8th" by 1 5/8th" by 3/16th when converted from metric.

Yes it does "front to back drilled hole" and if you look at pic 7 I have taken an up close of the hole but you can also see it in pic 2 however I got it slightly off center in that pic.
