Are the newer Barbie's the ones with the smaller breast or could you please give me an example? It's been yrs (and yrs) lol since I've played with barbie dolls and even though I have a 5yr old girl I haven't bought any of the newer ones yet.

Hi, yes the newer Barbies have the smaller chest and bigger hips than the older Barbies and there are the collectible Barbies called MODEL MUSE they have figures like those skinny models but are quite beautiful.I do believe most all the new Barbies are the smaller chest and bigger hips, the only real beautiful and stunning ones are the expensive collectibles but the younger children like the new Barbies cuz Mattel has a Princess fascination going on which is why I love Monster High dolls now. I still love my Barbies I just don't buy new ones anymore unless it's a collectible I really want...ok I rambled on enough...LOL I hope that helps :-)
