No refunds, it works on my Xbox 360, so it should work on yours unless it is broken. If needed I will upload photos/video of the game running, my feedback should speak for itself... And if I have time I will get the disc resurfaced before the end of the auction, because the grocery store here does that, if it REALLY matters that much...
