Very cheery and fun red, white, and blue fabric! Would be a great accent fabric in a quilt, or perhaps on a little girl's dress for 4th of July? Or fun shorts for a little boy?
Not sure of the fiber, but it feels to me like a poly/cotton blend. Not quite as soft as 100% cotton, but not too stiff either... has good "body" to it.

From a non-smoking home, but we do have a kitty.
