Can you put this on a prepaid account meaning can you go to Walmart and pick up a prepaid card for this activated with it or do they not exist with Verizon

I have the Verizon FiOS Internet and I love it would love to be able to extend my use with Verizon in Puerto Rico but not if it's a contract.
