My guess this isn't a legit auction, he's been asked a number of times for more pictures or at least one with his user name next to the console to show it's in his possession and hasn't. Also he hasn't verified his account by any of the listia verifications. See this all the time. He thinks he will get the credits as soon as the auction is over but you won't kid, not until the buyer receives the xbox in the mail and says they received it as described. Maybe I'm wrong, but people really doing legit auctions on here usually respond to requests pretty quickly to maximize the amount paid for their item, or at least respond to the moderators of the site. Betting this is bs.

People, read the damn rules of the site, he can't GIN, he's too new. Besides, if he did gin, he shouldn't list it for anything less then about 100k. If you look in the rewards store you can get an idea of the value of credits to dollars give or take a few. Offering 5k, 10k, or even 20k is a joke and a low ball. If his auction is legit it will finish in the 90k-110k.
