Anytime your hands are full, like bringing in groceries from your car, or holding your little one, it's so convenient to hang this around your wrist instead of digging in your purse while your hands are full. No more dropping your keys either! Also, it makes it really easy to find your keys when they're in your purse. I always see my wristlet quickly and pull my keys up and out from my dark abyss of a purse with ease. I included a pic of my own wristlet to show you how durable these things are. I've used mine for about two years and it's still in really good condition.
PLEASE NOTE: while this item does say it's for iPhone use, I personally wouldn't hang my iphone from it. I believe it's for the iPhone 4 model, which I had at the time when I had bought a bunch of these in every color. I leave the iPhone part on for extra bling effect, but I don't use it. You could easily slip that little part off if you wanted to.
