So why am i offering this in auction...it is PURE wool and I'm totally allergic to wool, didn't find that out until i tried to wear it!

What size is size 40? I was in the Marines over 30 years ago and I'm not sure of the sizes. I'm 50 years old and work outside in the winter as a plumber. Very interested.

Thanks for the comment..since this is pure wool it is pure warm. The size 40 is suppose to fit "large" but I think the wooly is a "hugger"...meant to keep you dry & warm. I searched online to try and get more info for you...some suggest it is "true to size" others say snug..I know your height wouldn't be much of a problem..

I'm 6' tall with a 30" waist, but in the winter I usually wear 7 layers of clothes.

You should have no problem with this..my problem was the wool part...totally allergic..Your waist size will be agreeable with the wooly too..Good luck if you bid.
