This Auction is for a Sterling Silver Plated over PURE Copper Snowflake Obsidian Pendant. This measures 1 1/4" l(1 3/4" with bail included) ong by 3/4" wide by 1/2" deep.

Beautiful! How old is it?

The stone? The stone is very old and could be as old as the last major plate shift. Or do you mean the Pendant? The pendant is BRAND NEW and while it doesn't have tags on it that is because all my pieces are remainders from my brick and mortar store that had to be closed with out any notice when I was diagnosed with Cancer. Thing were packed by my wonderful customers/friends/community members and so I have been slowly going through boxes. It was my store and I was there every single hour we were open for years with the exception of the 3 weeks I took off for my C section when my son was born. So when I came upon on this piece it was in a box that had one of my artisans marks on it and was full of pieces I had bought from him. So long story short....ooops way to late...tee hee This piece is brand new...the stone would take expensive carbon dating to know its exact age =) ~Namaste

I hope you took no offense...I do my best to explain why I have so many brand new pieces of jewelry, Gem and Mineral specimens, and other random "Multi-Faith Metaphysical" gifts and Holistic Healing aids to new fans and "family" (I believe I have been blessed with a wonderful, fun and quirky little family here on Listia. whats a bloodstone used for? I have one but clasp broke dont know if to fix or put up on listia just the stone no chain .
