I won this on here and it is a little tight in the bust for me.Very pretty tho, colorful. It is semi-sheer with flirty cap sleeves and square neckline. The brand is ICE. Very good condition
~Underarm to Underarm measurement is approx 18" across laying flat. Because of the cut of the blouse, it was difficult to get a precise measurement. Just above the bust is a row of embroidery (ish) that has no give to it. THAT is what was uncomfortable for me.Anything over 36B might have an issue with it
~The length from the shoulder is 27"
