Yes, it is misleading.....??? Why would you want your reputation injured. You can get up to 99,000 credits for a $1.00 gift card. That is very close to scamming; but since you did state what you were auctioning; I don't think Listia arbitration would side with the bidder. It is misleading, yes and determining the outcome will determine how much you injured your reputation. How could you possibly think this was a fair auction?
