Well welcome to listia, and no if someone bids higher then your credits get back to your account, and to get verified you can link your listia acvount w your facebook or twitter, also w your phone number, like that when you post an auction buyers will trust n bid higher, and for your address, go to http://www.listia.com/account/addresses and verified your address but you will need to go online because in the app you can't
