It's actually a really cool little gizmo... I bought an adapter for it at the dollar store so i can plug it into a USB cord then into the wall. I use it at night to read and because you can literally aim it anywhere it doesn't bother my husband. Plus you can use it on your laptop in dimly lit coffee houses LOL
