This is the first smart phone I have owned. I wanted something that also had a qwerty keyboard but was also an android, so I ended up with this being my best option. I love the keyboard. It makes texting so much easier for me. I like that I don't have a lot of trouble with the touch screen, as I have had with other devices in the past. The battery life isn't great, but that was easily remedied by downloading a battery saving app and now my battery life is much longer. I'm very satisfied with this phone and I'm glad I purchased it
