Up for bid is a gently used Kindle 3G + WiFi 3rd Generation (the Kindle Keyboard/K3). It has been completely factory reset and unregistered, so you can attach it to your amazon account. This does have the web browser and free 3G and wifi (you do not have to buy additional services). My wife connected it to our home wifi for a stronger/faster signal, but you can use it to connect to the internet in any location cell phone signals are present via the 3G network. This is NOT a touch screen model. This is the e-ink display model with black and white graphics, and button controls (more or less a DESIGNATED e-reader). The web browser is there as mentioned, but it is not meant to be a tablet, so browsing is slower than tablet-based e-readers. This is the style that is more geared towards reading as if you were actually reading a book.

It is in overall great used condition. It works perfect with no issues that are known. Since it is a used item, though, it is still being listed As-Is in great used working condition.

I have fully charged the device, and it will hold a charge for a very long time, unlike many other devices. The power cord and wall adapter included are NOT the original, as the cats got to those unfortunately. This charger seems to work fine, but if you so wish you can buy the kindle branded adapter and charger relatively cheap. You can also use many of the various brand cell phone micro USB chargers (but not all, as some of the cheaper ones will not work). It comes with the leather case pictured, which has a built in stand for hands free reading.
