The listing, Victorinox Swiss Army Tool by Daniel Cremieux has ended.

This was a promotional item from the Daniel Cremieux Collection. It is a credit-card sized tool made by Swiss Army called the SwissCard Quattro. It contains 7 implements and a small instruction booklet. Some of the features are a file and tiny little scissors. It came in a small metal tin but that is quite bulky so I will only be shipping the tool itself.

Not a USB file...like a fingernail file. It is like a swiss army knife, only in a credit-card sized container instead of a knife. HTH.
