Ok this may be a stupid question for your question (I'm fairly new to Listia) What is GIN? I see this on several actions.

It means get it now. Gives you the opportunity to set a price that is satisfactory for you and the person can choose to by pass bidding and just purchase at your gin price....I hope I explained that right. You cant add a gin after bids have been placed but if none have been placed you can add one by editing your auction information.
