DETAILED ITEM FACTS; (STOCK PHOTO) Mine has full color still but is in very rough shape considering it is rippled throughout the sheet. Not mint condition. I AM DESCRIBING ALL FLAWS HERE SO PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK PLEASE . It has a water stain around shoulder area and some crinkles over his head showing 3 white lines along the top blue area and signs of moisture damage from his ankle on down. I still enjoy it as part of my collection but want to give it to someone who would appreciate it more than myself..it is from Looney Tunes and the US Postal Service - Looney Tunes Stamp Collection. this .33 cent Single Stamp is un-used. measures about 3 1/2" x 5", copyright 1999 and looney toons fun facts on back.( It will be shipped First Class mail).
