I have been Repairing The Droid X & the Droid X2 Verizon phones for a little over a year, They are both 3G phone and DO NOT Require a Sim card . They have a place for a SD Card, but NO SIM.

No Front Camera and it does Work, It's a Verizon Phone. It has HDMI to connect to a TV, also has a Camera Button on the side of the Phone.,
