These are actually extremely easy to fix! I used to buy and repair/sell these all the time. Couple of question for you. Is it HDMI and has it ever been opened? Does it still have the Microsoft seal intact behind the faceplate? Thanks oh what year model is it also.

99% of the time the red ring of death means the heatsink gel melted off, there are SEVERAL vids on youtube showing how to fix this problem, its actually quite simple. you will however need a set of precission star drive screwdrivers to do this, hope that helps people

actually if you mark it a free shipping you MUST ship it free accourding to listia rules, so I would change the shipping to exact shipping cost if I were you before someone bids cause once there is a bid you cant change that anymore
