Is this made with 440 stamped steel?

No, but it most likely it is made of 440 stainless steel. Most of these are 440
And if you zoom in on the photos, you can see what's stamped on both sides. The photos are a little blurry, but you can see.
"Defender Xtreme" on one side.
"China" on the other.

This knife is NOT a Ka Bar.
It's a knock off made in China.
If it were a Ka Bar, I would've easily tripled the Gin price.
This is a good fixed blade that you can use and tear up if you want. That's all.
