I believe it's a womens sz 9, but a man could wear it too if he has smaller fingers.
I wear a sz 7 on my right ring finger & it fit's on my index. However, My husband wears a sz 11 on his right ring finger, & it fits on his pinky.

Im not sure honestly. I just know that according to my ring sizer, it says its a 9. Although the tag says 19.

Im thiking that its probably a ladies 9. I'll have my daughter try it on tomorrow & let you know. Shes a size 9.

Sorry, it took me so long to get back to you.
I had to watch my granddaughter today, so I had my duaghter try it on. I was wron. She's a size 8. Anyway, it fits a little loose on her, so its either a size 8.5 or 9. I hope that helps!
