Ok, here is the deal on this. I was making a diaper cake for a friend, and let's just say she didn't need it anymore. So there are 50+ size 1 diapers (I have rolled them up and rubber banded them for the diaper cake, that's all, I believe they are white cloud brand, can't remember) A full size bottle of Shea Butter Lotion, Shea Butter wash, and a full box of disposable shea butter wash clothes (I had to take them out of their original box to fit them in the shipping box). A travel size package of shea butter wipes, a pink bottle brush, two brand new pink pacis (took out of package to make cake, never used) a pink size newborn shirt (not a onsie, just a t shirt) and two rolls of ribbon, one white, one purple. So basically everything you need to make a diaper cake!! I will try and walk you through the process if you want to make one, or you can look online for instructions! Or put this all in a cute basket for a nice little gift!! I can fit everything into a medium flat rate box, and I will ship for FREE (this time!!) to the US ONLY!!!

I also have a very tiny pair of pink/purple/girly color baby socks that go with this, I didn't find them until just now! I got them to match the little shirt!

I know, same problem here! I was thinking of digging out some of the really cute little outfits from when my 2 year old was a baby, and auctioning those, there seems to be a shortage of boys clothes on this site!!

This is such a great idea, I never heard of a diaper cake. I would love to know how to make one, will have to google it and see what comes up. My cousin is having a girl in June.

it's really easy to do, my step mother in law showed me how. There are so many different ways to do it, I prefer to put the "extras" in the middle of the cake, instead of making it out of solid diapers, then it's kind of like a treasure chest!
