Can be put on either ear! Used 2 or 3 times only, I was born with hearing problems and had hoped that using a bluetooth device would allow me to hear on the phone better. It didn't, so my loss is your gain! This is easy to hook up to your phone, just turn on your bluetooth capable cell phone and search for the device. I don't have the instructions for this any more but its really easy. Has an on/off switch, volume button, and to end the call you press the top part of the front.
The kids destroyed the original charger that came with it but I do have an extra car charger that it fits that I will include! The charger and bluetooth were originally $45 when bought seperately!
