Brand new in the box, Disney Princess & Me Ariel Jewel Edition doll. This beautiful, large, 18 inch play doll is sure to keep your own little princess entertained for years to come. Ariel's face is hand sculpted, and she has stunning high grade glass Macor blue eyes. Her gorgeous signature red hair is hand rooted Kanekalon, perfect for lots of brushing and styling. She comes with a pretty silver tone tiara, pearl-like earrings, and a lovely turquoise ball gown made to mimic her mermaid tail. Underneath the tail-like ball gown, she has turquoise slippers on her feet. She also includes a princess magazine, a royal invitation, and a princess certificate. The Princess & Me official trust mark is located on the doll's foot, and on a tag inside of her ball gown.

Just as a note, my daughter has had several of the dolls in this line since she was 2 years old, although they are intended for girls who are 6 and up. She has not managed to break any of them in the nearly three years that they have been in her possession. Their hair is also in decent condition still, even after multiple brushings. They are approximately the same height as American Girl dolls, but they are thinner, so while the clothes intended for those dolls (What a Doll, Dollie & Me, etc) do fit them, it is loose on them. My daughter does not seem to mind this and just likes dressing up her princesses to match her own outfits.
