2 vintage large size heavy tilso handpainted ceramic steins. they stand 8 inches tall and are 12 7/8 inches around. both have a raised castle scene on backs. one has a lady and man on it was a dog, shes dressed in a pink dress with matching hat and cobalt blue color scarf. the man is wearing a light green coat with brown pants and is carrying a walking stick. the other one has a tavern scene with a piano and a lady and dog with 2 men on side of her singing, one of the men are smoking a pipe, the dog is howling by the lady and the lady is wearing a cobalt blue dress with dark pink details. one man has on a brown coat and blue hat and the other is wearing a light color green coat with brown knickers. all the designs are done is a raised design. the handles on both look like tree bark. they are both marked on bottom 53/910 and both have a sticker. one is more readable than the other. tilso, handpainted japan. they have been used for display only. both have age related crazing and are free from any chips and or cracks. belong to mom who was 83. she had them on display in her hutch. any questions .... just ask !! shipping on these will be 10.95. i take pay pal, postal money orders only and well concealed cash. thank you.
