I lived with this book while I was pregnant. It was my first pregnancy. And even though I had others to talk to about what I was experiencing. The book was an immediate answer to my questions. And in perfect timing. It would talk about exactly what I was going through, and explain it. I'm assuming like most moms, I worried that different things I was going through may not be normal. It cleared that all up. And it helped me plan by letting me know what to expect. VERY helpful! I suggest this book to every mom. I'm unable to have children again. Otherwise I would probably get use out of it again.

There is some underlining of things. Possibly side notes? But nothing sloppy, and not in large amounts.
