This is a brand new Cen-tech 7 function digital multimeter. Get accurate readings for DC voltage, resistance, transistor test, diode test, & battery testing. This is brand new and has never been used. Just opened it to take pictures. My husband got it for Christmas and he already has one. For some reason his name got written on the outside of the pack. Lol! I tried getting it off. This also comes with instructions. Please don't ask me to lower days or GIN as I always do free shipping. LISTIA also takes credits for using GIN and closing fee.
