Cover all you bases first, tell everything you can and post as many pictures as you can. If you don't have a PayPal account, open one, it is free. You can print postage at discount prices plus tracking is included. That way is someone says they didn't get an item, you can look up the tracking number, go to WWW.USPS.com, enter the tracking number and you can see everywhere the package has been.
