Sealed with three coats of Mod Podge Yellow Label Matte Sealer/Finish..Mod Podge has a tendency to retain brush lines/marks so once dried it's lightly sanded to smooth out brush lines for a nice flat matte finish..To preserve the image quality only the necessary mounting holes are cut, One screw holds a single securely in place, two holds a double.
