I asked the same question. According to (the name I am not allowed to say...I know it sounds ridiculous) as long as I am not putting their name on it or claiming it is their merchandise, I can sell it, make it and do whatever I want with it. This site is claiming it is a registered trademark. The name is part of it. If there is no name it is just a deer. I see them everywhere here. Even the decals claiming to be the real thing. Anyone with a decal printer can make those.I quit fighting with them about it.
I used to sell them. I don't really do it anymore but if you are interested I will sell you one
