The listing, 1980 Topps DAVE STIEB Rookie Card (Blue Jays) 7x All Star! has ended.
Stieb was a hero of the 1980s. His 140 wins in the decade were second only to Jack Morris. In two consecutive starts in 1988, he carried no hitters through 2 outs in the 9th inning before having them broken up, and in 1989 lost a perfect game with 2 outs in the 9th inning, eventually landing his only no-hitter in 1990. A 7-time All Star and perennial Cy Young contender, Stieb won 176 games in his career, pitching 408 of his 412 career appearances with Toronto, where he was awarded a World Series ring in 1992.
