This Wind Chime is Electric. The cord is removable see in pictures. There is a ventilation in the bottom see picture there's a fan in the bottom you plug it in turn it on and it Chime on its own. There's a picture of the on/off switch twice one of its on and one off. It does work. High or low air. If you like WindChimes you will Love this.
