The Scale is 6 1/2 inches x 6 1/2 inches by 1 3/4 inches thick. There is a flip up tab which will hold larger envelopes for weighing (see photo).

•LCD screen displays weight in increments of .1 ounce

•Hold button – When an item is larger than the surface of the scale making it impossible for you to see the displayed weight, activate the hold button to keep the weight on display even after the item is removed

•Tare button – When items must be contained in a vessel such as a bowl or plate, but you don’t want the weight of the vessel included on the display, place the empty vessel on the scale and zero the display using the tare button. Everything that is then placed in the vessel will be weighed accurately.

•Requires a 9 volt battery (NOT included) to operate
